On August 6, 2026, Genpact Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2026. The Company is furnishing this Form 8-K pursuant to Item 2.02, “Results of Operations and Financial Condition.” A copy of the press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, is incorporated herein by reference.
