Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Green Circle Decarbonize Technology Ltd. announced plans to enter the AI data center infrastructure market in the near future with next-generation, ultra-low-energy liquid-cooling systems designed for high-density AI computing. The company said it adapted its proprietary phase change materials (PCM-TES) and industrial machinery technologies to develop the solution, which is designed to help data centers improve power usage effectiveness and better manage operational energy costs.

Green Circle operates through its Hong Kong subsidiary, Boca International Limited. It describes its business as providing energy-saving solutions supported by phase change thermal energy storage materials and thermal engineering services.

Filing Explained

Although the press release says Green Circle is “launching” AI data-center cooling systems, it describes entry as planned and says the company is still in technical discussions and preliminary evaluations for research and development, so the disclosed effort remains at an evaluation stage rather than a completed market launch.

phase change materials (PCM-TES) technical
"adapted its proprietary phase change materials (PCM-TES)"
power usage effectiveness technical
"improve power usage effectiveness"
Power usage effectiveness (PUE) is a simple ratio that compares the total energy a facility uses (cooling, lighting, power losses) to the energy used directly by computing equipment; a lower number means more of the power is doing productive work. For investors, PUE acts like a fuel-efficiency rating for data centers — better PUE usually means lower operating costs, smaller environmental footprint, and a competitive advantage when scaling operations or meeting sustainability expectations.
thermal energy storage technical
"phase change thermal energy storage materials"
Thermal energy storage is a technology that captures heat or cold so it can be used later, like a rechargeable battery that holds temperature instead of electricity. It matters to investors because it can lower energy costs, improve reliability for buildings and power plants, enable more use of renewable power, and create new revenue streams or cost savings for projects and companies involved in energy infrastructure.
