On October 24, 2025, GigaCloud Technology Inc (the “Company” or “GigaCloud”) issued a press release announcing its planned acquisition of New Classic Home Furnishing, Inc. for $18.0 million. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
