Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Global Engine Group Holding Ltd (GLE) regained Nasdaq’s minimum bid price compliance for its Class A ordinary shares after the closing bid price was at least $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days, from October 16 through October 29, 2026. Nasdaq notified the company on October 30, 2026, and stated that the matter is closed. GLE had received an earlier noncompliance notice on October 27, 2025, after its closing share price was below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days.

Filing Explained

The filing says this 6-K is incorporated by reference into GLE’s Form F-3 registration statement filed February 3, 2026, making the Nasdaq compliance update part of that registration record.

Minimum bid price requirement $1.00 per share For Class A ordinary shares
Compliance period 10 consecutive business days October 16, 2026 to October 29, 2026
Prior below-threshold period 30 consecutive business days Before the October 27, 2025 noncompliance notice
Minimum Bid Price Requirement regulatory
"regained compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement"
A minimum bid price requirement is a rule that a stock must trade above a set price for a specified period to stay listed on an exchange. It matters to investors because falling below that threshold can trigger warnings or removal from the exchange, which can cut liquidity, reduce visibility, and often lead to sharper declines in share value—think of it like a venue’s minimum dress code that, if not met, can bar a performer from the stage.
closing bid price regulatory
"closing bid price of the Class A Ordinary Shares"
The closing bid price is the last price that a buyer was willing to pay for a security at the end of the trading day. It reflects the final visible demand for the stock — like the last offer someone makes for a used car before a yard closes — and helps investors gauge market interest, set valuations, and mark portfolios to market for that day.
Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) regulatory
"as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2)"
