Here are the 10-K annual reports from Graphic Packaging Holding Company (GPK) in our archive since June 2025, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 10-K covers the audited annual report, with the full financial statements, so if you follow GPK and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full GPK filings page.
Graphic Packaging Holding Company reported lower 2025 earnings on slightly reduced sales while continuing heavy investment in capacity and sustainability. Net sales declined to $8,617 million from $8,807 million, mainly from the 2024 Augusta bleached paperboard divestiture, softer open‑market paperboard and pricing, partly offset by $213 million of innovation-driven sales.
Income from operations fell to $804 million from $1,119 million, reflecting lower pricing and volumes, commodity and labor inflation, and the prior‑year $75 million Augusta gain. Net income decreased to $444 million from $658 million. The company continued optimizing its mill network, closing Middletown, Ohio and East Angus, Québec, and consolidating production into other facilities.
Graphic Packaging spent $922 million on capital projects in 2025, largely for its new recycled paperboard mill in Waco, Texas, and allocated $61 million to environmental compliance projects, with planned spending of $65 million in 2026 and $147 million in 2027. It repurchased $150 million of stock, paid $128 million in dividends and ended the year with $5,592 million of debt, while emphasizing its Vision 2030 sustainability and human‑capital goals across a workforce of more than 23,000 employees.
