Filing Explained

The 3Q2026 production table reports no output from Ecuador or Brazil, versus 926 and 1,002 boepd, respectively, in 3Q2025; it lists current-quarter production only for Colombia and Argentina.

Total production 27,973 boepd 3Q2026; 28,136 boepd in 3Q2025; -1%.
Colombia production 25,865 boepd 3Q2026; 26,208 boepd in 3Q2025; -1%.
Argentina production 2,108 boepd 3Q2026; 1,400 boepd in 2Q2026.
Argentina oil production 1,991 bopd 3Q2026.
Argentina gas production 702 mcfpd 3Q2026.
Wells brought online 5 wells Vaca Muerta.
boepd technical
"Total (boepd)"
Barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd) is a unit that converts all forms of hydrocarbon production—oil, natural gas and liquids—into the energy equivalent of barrels of crude oil and then reports the average output per day. Investors use boepd to compare production scale and growth across companies and projects the way you might compare total calories from different foods: it puts different fuels on a common, easy-to-understand basis for assessing revenue potential and operational efficiency.
working interest technical
"50% working interest"
The working interest is the percentage ownership one party holds in an oil or gas lease that gives them the right to a share of production and also the obligation to pay a proportional share of exploration, development and operating costs. Think of it like owning a slice of a cake but also agreeing to pay part of the bill to bake it: a larger working interest means bigger potential revenue when wells produce, but also larger exposure to costs and liabilities if things go wrong.
waterflooding technical
"Strong Waterflooding and Polymer Projects Performance"
Waterflooding is a method oil producers use to push more oil out of an underground rock formation by injecting water into certain wells, which maintains pressure and drives oil toward production wells. For investors, it matters because it can raise short- and long-term oil output, extend the life of a field and change operating costs and capital needs—think of squeezing more toothpaste out of a tube by forcing water in behind it.
polymer flooding technical
"polymer flooding projects"
A method used in oil fields where a thickening chemical is added to injected water to push more oil out of underground rock, similar to using a thicker syrup instead of water to sweep more residue from a bottle. It matters to investors because it can increase the amount of recoverable oil, change production rates and operating costs, and therefore affect a project's revenue, reserve estimates and long-term value.
