Insights

CFO transition and routine earnings disclosure, with broad communication channels highlighted.

GitLab outlines standard quarterly disclosure steps, including a press release for the fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2025 and a related conference call. The release includes non-GAAP metrics with reconciliations, which helps investors compare adjusted results to GAAP figures when they review Exhibit 99.1.

The more notable item is the planned resignation of Chief Financial Officer Brian Robins, effective September 19, 2025. The company specifies that his departure does not stem from disagreements over operations, policies, or practices and that a comprehensive search for a successor is underway, signaling an orderly transition rather than an abrupt break.
