Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Rhea-AI Filing Summary

GAXOS.AI INC. (GXAI) was notified that it is not in compliance with Nasdaq’s $1.00-per-share minimum bid price requirement for continued listing. Its common stock remains listed and trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market.

GXAI has until March 29, 2027, an initial 180-calendar-day period, to regain compliance by maintaining a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days. Nasdaq may grant a second 180-day period if GXAI meets the other continued listing requirements and notifies Nasdaq in writing of its intent to cure. If it does not qualify for or complete that period, Nasdaq will notify GXAI of a delisting determination, which the company may appeal. GXAI said it may, if appropriate, consider a reverse stock split.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

minimum bid price requirement regulatory
"not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement"
A minimum bid price requirement is a rule that a stock must trade above a set price for a specified period to stay listed on an exchange. It matters to investors because falling below that threshold can trigger warnings or removal from the exchange, which can cut liquidity, reduce visibility, and often lead to sharper declines in share value—think of it like a venue’s minimum dress code that, if not met, can bar a performer from the stage.
continued listing requirements regulatory
"meets The Nasdaq Capital Market continued listing requirements"
Rules a stock exchange sets that a publicly traded company must keep meeting to stay listed and tradable on that exchange, such as minimum share price, market value, timely financial reports, and basic governance practices. Like a club’s membership rules, they matter because falling short can lead to warnings, penalties or removal from the exchange, which can cut liquidity, hurt share value and increase the risk for investors.
Hearings Panel regulatory
"appeal the delisting determination to a Hearings Panel"
A hearings panel is a review body at a stock exchange that hears the case when the exchange has decided a company no longer qualifies to keep its shares listed. The company presents a plan to regain compliance, and the panel decides whether the listing continues, on what conditions, and for how long. The decision can keep a stock trading or end its listing.

Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

On September 28, 2026, Gaxos.ai Inc. (the “Company”) was notified (the “Notification Letter”) by The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”) that it is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirements set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market. Nasdaq  Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share, and Nasdaq  Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A) provides that a failure to meet the minimum bid price requirement exists if the deficiency continues for a period of 30 consecutive business days. Based on the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock between August 14, 2026 and September 25, 2026, the Company no longer meets the minimum bid price requirement. The Notification Letter has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s common stock on The Nasdaq  Capital Market and, at this time, the common stock will continue to trade on The Nasdaq  Capital Market under the symbol “GXAI.”

The Notification Letter provides that the Company has 180 calendar days, or until March 29, 2027, to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). To regain compliance, the bid price of the Company’s common stock must have a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days. If the Company does not regain compliance by March 29, 2027, an additional 180 days may be granted to regain compliance, if the Company meets The Nasdaq Capital Market continued listing requirements (except for the bid price requirement) and notifies Nasdaq in writing of its intention to cure the deficiency during the second compliance period. If the Company does not qualify for the second compliance period or fails to regain compliance during the second 180-day period, then Nasdaq will notify the Company of its determination to delist the Company’s common stock, at which point the Company will have an opportunity to appeal the delisting determination to a Hearings Panel.

The Company intends to monitor the closing bid price of its common stock and may, if appropriate, consider implementing available options, including, but not limited to, implementing a reverse stock split of its outstanding securities, to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under the Nasdaq Listing Rules.
