Termination of Sales Agreement for At The Market Offering Program

 

As previously disclosed, on December 19, 2025, Hitek Global Inc., an exempted company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”) entered into a sales agreement (the “Sales Agreement”) with Aegis Capital Corp. (the “Sales Agent”).

 

On January 15, 2026, the Company and the Sales Agent mutually agreed to terminate the Sales Agreement, effective as of January 18, 2026. No shares were sold pursuant to the Sales Agreement.
