NIOVI IASEMIDI AS DIRECTOR

Athens / New York, 16 March 2026 – Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp. (the “Company” or “Heidmar”) (NASDAQ: HMR) announces that Niovi Iasemidi has resigned as a director of the Company. Ms. Iasemidi’s decision to resign was to pursue other business ventures and was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company will commence a search process for a suitable replacement to fill the vacancy on the board of directors in due course.
