(b) As previously disclosed on April 1, 2025, James Breslawski transitioned from the role of President of Henry Schein, Inc. (the “Company”) to Senior Advisor and member of the Company’s Executive Management Committee (“current role”). On September 5, 2025, Mr. Breslawski transitioned out of his current role. In connection with his transition, Mr. Breslawski will receive payments and benefits under the Company’s Executive Severance Plan.
