October 15, 2025, Fusion Fuel Green PLC, an Irish public limited company (the “Company”), distributed a Notice of
Extraordinary General Meeting to shareholders for an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (“EGM”) to be
held on November 6, 2025. A copy of the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this

On
October 15, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing its plans to convene the EGM and related matters. A copy of the press
