Here are the 10-K annual reports from iShares Gold Trust Micro (IAUM) in our archive since June 2025, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 10-K covers the audited annual report, with the full financial statements, so if you follow IAUM and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full IAUM filings page.
iShares Gold Trust Micro is a grantor trust that holds physical gold to track gold prices, with each Share representing a fractional interest in the Trust’s bullion. Net asset value rose from $1.36 billion at December 31, 2024 to $6.03 billion at December 31, 2025 as Shares outstanding increased from 52.2 million to 140.4 million.
The Trust is passive, does not lend gold or use derivatives, and issues and redeems only in 50,000‑Share Baskets via Authorized Participants. The Sponsor charges a 0.09% annual fee on NAV but is voluntarily waiving part of it so effective fees do not exceed 0.07% through June 30, 2027, having waived $671,669 in 2025 and earned $2,350,779. Investors bear gold price volatility, potential Share premiums/discounts to NAV, and structural risks such as custody, operational and regulatory changes, while gold sales to pay expenses gradually reduce the gold backing each Share.
