Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Rhea-AI Filing Summary

ImmuCell Corporation (ICCC) reported preliminary, unaudited third-quarter 2026 total sales of $8.0 million, up 46.0% from the same quarter of 2025. Chief Financial Officer Timothy Fiori said domestic sales were $6.9 million, a 29.2% increase compared with 2025. Sales for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 were $25.6 million, a 27.8% increase.

President and CEO Olivier te Boekhorst said third-quarter growth included Tri-Shield at 51%, Dual-Force at 36%, and the functional feed line at 37%; he cited sales-team expansion, continuous improvements in commercial execution, and an improved ability to reliably manufacture products to meet customer demand. The company said the comparison was aided in part by depressed third-quarter 2025 sales after high distributor purchases in the second quarter of 2025. ImmuCell plans to discontinue early sales updates and report revenue with full financial metrics at regular quarterly reporting events. It plans a results call for November 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

For Immediate Release

PORTLAND, Maine – October 12, 2026 – ImmuCell Corporation (Nasdaq: ICCC) (“ImmuCell” or the “Company”), an animal health biologics company that develops, manufactures and markets products to improve calf health and productivity, today announced preliminary, unaudited sales results for the third quarter of 2026.

“Total sales for the three months ended September 30, 2026 were $8.0 million, a 46.0% increase compared to the three months ended September 30, 2025. Domestic sales were $6.9 million, a 29.2% increase compared to 2025,” said Timothy Fiori, Chief Financial Officer of ImmuCell. “We are pleased with the sales results experienced during the third quarter of 2026, recognizing our comparative sales growth was aided, in part, by depressed sales levels in the third quarter of 2025 caused by high distributor purchases in the second quarter of 2025. Total sales for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 were $25.6 million, a 27.8% increase compared to the nine months ended September 30, 2025.”

“Our third quarter growth reflects the results of our sales team expansion and continuous improvements in commercial execution,” said Olivier te Boekhorst, President and CEO of ImmuCell, “supported by our improved ability to reliably manufacture product to meet customer demand. Third quarter growth was broad-based across the portfolio, with Tri-Shield ® growing at 51% over the third quarter of 2025, Dual-Force ® at 36%, and our recently launched functional feed line at 37%.”
