The net distributions for each class of common stock (which represent the gross distribution less any stockholder servicing fees for the applicable class of common stock) are payable to stockholders of record as of close of business November 30, 2025 and will be paid on or about December 17, 2025. These distributions will be paid in cash.
Preferred Stock Dividend
On November 26, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company authorized the declaration and payment of a quarterly dividend on its 6.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: ICR PR A). A quarterly dividend of $0.421875 per share will be paid on December 30, 2025 to holders of record of the Company’s 6.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock on December 15, 2025.
