The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

The audited Ind-AS cash-flow statement reports ₹3,238 crore paid, net of cash acquired, toward a business acquisition during the six months ended September 30, 2026; this is a reported cash outflow already made, not a new commitment.

constant currency financial
"Revenues in CC terms grew by 1.5% YoY and 1.2% QoQ"
Constant currency is a way of measuring financial results that removes the effects of changes in currency exchange rates. It allows for a clearer comparison of a company's performance over time by showing what the numbers would look like if exchange rates had stayed the same. This helps investors understand whether growth comes from actual business improvements or just currency fluctuations.
TCV financial
"TCV of large deal wins was $5.2 billion"
Total Contract Value (TCV) is the full dollar amount of a contract or customer agreement over its entire term, including one-time fees and recurring payments. For investors, TCV gives a quick sense of how much future revenue a company has locked in—like knowing the price of a multi-year subscription rather than just the monthly bill—and helps assess the size and durability of a company’s sales pipeline and growth prospects.
FCF conversion financial
"FCF conversion at 113.3% of net profit"
Restricted Stock Units financial
"grant of 9,640 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)"
Restricted stock units are a type of company reward where employees are promised shares of stock, but they only fully own these shares after meeting certain conditions, like staying with the company for a set time. They matter because they can become valuable assets and are often used to motivate employees to help the company succeed.

Notes on segment information

Business segments

Based on the "management approach" as required by Ind-AS 108 - Operating Segments, the Chief Operating Decision Maker evaluates the Group's performance and allocates resources based on an analysis of various performance indicators by business segments. Accordingly, information has been presented along these business segments. The accounting principles used in the preparation of the financial statements are consistently applied to record revenue and expenditure in individual segments.

Segmental capital employed

Assets and liabilities used in the Group's business are not identified to any of the reportable segments, as these are used interchangeably between segments. The Management believes that it is currently not practicable to provide segment disclosures relating to total assets and liabilities since a meaningful segregation of the available data is onerous.
