On July 29, 2025, INmune
Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a video detailing the additional findings from the Company’s
Phase 2 MINDFuL trial evaluating XPro™, a novel selective soluble tumor necrosis factor inhibitor, will be published on the Company’s
YouTube Channel following the conclusion of the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference in Toronto, Canada.
The Company also made
available an updated corporate presentation, which includes additional information about the Company and its clinical programs.
