The board of directors of Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) has authorized a distribution on the Company’s common stock in the amount of $0.135600 per share to stockholders of record of the Company as of September 30, 2025, that the Company expects to pay on or about October 7, 2025. The distribution will be paid in cash.
