On June 2, 2026, Iron Horse Acquisition II Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company (“IRHO”), announced they have an updated investor presentation in connection with their previously announced business combination (the “Business Combination”) with Electra Vehicles, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Electra”). Electra is dedicated to enhancing battery performance through AI-powered battery intelligence, providing solutions for electric vehicles, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and fleet operators.

 

Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference is the investor presentation (the “Investor Presentation”) that will be used in connection with the proposed Business Combination. The press release announcing the Investor Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
