On February 17, 2026, Ms. Siyun Yang resigned as a director of iSpecimen Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Ms. Yang’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

 

Ms. Yang had served as an independent director since February 2025 and was a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.
