As previously reported, on October 9, 2025, Julie Wainwright notified the Company of her intention to resign from the Board of Directors effective October 31, 2025. Subsequently, on October 30, 2025, Ms. Wainwright agreed to continue serving as a director until a replacement director is appointed. Except as described herein, the original Form 8-K remains unchanged.
