geospatial intelligence technical
"a global leader in geospatial intelligence powered by proprietary 3D data"
Geospatial intelligence is location-based information gathered from maps, satellite and aerial imagery, sensors, and other data sources to reveal what is happening where and when. Investors care because it turns raw location data into practical insights—like tracking supply-chain disruptions, monitoring factory or retail activity, assessing natural disaster impacts, or identifying new market demand—so it helps predict financial risks and opportunities much like a real-time map guides a driver.
Board of Advisors regulatory
"appointment of Mr. John T. McNamara to the Board of Advisors"
Senior Foreign Service other
"Mr. McNamara was a career member of the United States Senior Foreign Service"
data sovereignty technical
"apply these capabilities to build data sovereignty and assurance"
Data sovereignty is the principle that digital information is subject to the laws and control of the country or entity where it is stored or processed. For investors, it matters because where data lives affects a company's legal obligations, costs, ability to sell services across borders, and exposure to government access or restrictions — like owning a house that must follow the rules of the town it sits in.
forward-looking statements regulatory
"Certain information provided in this news release constitutes forward-looking statements"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
