Mine Plan of Operation boundary 13,425 acres DeLamar
National Environmental Policy Act regulatory
"National Environmental Policy Act ("NEPA") permitting review process"
A U.S. law that requires federal agencies to evaluate and disclose the likely environmental effects of major projects and decisions before they proceed. For investors, that review can delay approvals, add compliance costs, or change project plans—like a required safety inspection that can uncover problems or require fixes before construction continues—so NEPA processes are a key source of timing, cost and legal risk for projects involving federal permits or funding.
Environmental Impact Statement regulatory
"preparation of the EIS and RoD"
An environmental impact statement is a formal report that evaluates the likely effects a proposed project or plan will have on air, water, land, wildlife and local communities; it lays out potential harms, proposed mitigation measures, and alternatives. Think of it as a project’s environmental report card and repair plan: regulators use it to decide permits, and investors use it to assess delays, extra costs, legal risks and reputation exposure tied to environmentally sensitive issues.
FAST-41 Transparency Project Program regulatory
"selected for the federal FAST-41 Transparency Project Program"
Merrill-Crowe technical
"Merrill-Crowe plant is used to recover gold and silver"
Merrill-Crowe is a chemical process used in mining to separate and collect dissolved gold and silver from a liquid solution: after the metals are dissolved, zinc is added to make the precious metals fall out of the solution so they can be recovered. Investors care because the method affects how much metal a mine actually recovers, the capital and operating costs of the plant, and environmental and regulatory risks tied to chemical handling and waste.
P80 technical
"reduce ore to a P80 (particle size at which 80% of the sample material passes)"
p80 denotes the value at which 80% of a measured population is below that size or level — most often used for particle-size distributions to mean the particle diameter that 80% of material passes through. Investors care because p80 is a quick indicator of product consistency, processing efficiency and potential yield or recovery: changes can signal shifts in manufacturing quality, downstream costs or regulatory compliance, much like knowing the 80th percentile height in a group helps you understand overall variation.

Engineering, procurement, state of good repair work, permitting and financing activities are advancing in parallel so that, subject to receipt of the required permits and a positive FID, we are positioned to transition efficiently towards a potential construction decision. The work underway is focused on reducing execution and schedule risk in permissible areas, increasing certainty around the development plan and maintaining momentum toward the major permitting milestones expected in the second half of 2027."

"I would also like to recognize the DeLamar team members who stepped up alongside local first responders, community members and firefighters from neighboring states during the Big Grass Fire this summer. Their commitment and willingness to support the broader response helped protect livestock and critical infrastructure throughout the Jordan Valley area. We are extremely proud of their efforts and grateful to everyone who came together to support our neighbors and the surrounding community."

Andrée St-Germain, CFO of Integra added: "Engaging GenCap is also an important milestone for Integra as we advance DeLamar toward a potential construction decision. Securing a well-matched financing package is critical to our long-term success, and GenCap's proven track record in structuring and executing mine project financing will help us evaluate the full range of financing opportunities and select the best path forward for the Project. With permitting advancing and long-lead procurement underway, this engagement helps ensure our financing strategy keeps pace with the rest of DeLamar's development. We look forward to working alongside the GenCap team as we move toward FID."

Permitting

The Company announced on May 29, 2026 that the BLM had published the Notice of Intent ("NOI") in the Federal Register initiating the NEPA review process for DeLamar. The NOI initiated the public scoping and stakeholder engagement process under NEPA which concluded in June 2026. The Public Comment Scoping report was posted on BLM's public ePlanning site on September 21, 2026 and is available on the BLM National NEPA Register.
