The number of shares of KLA common stock includes 7,191.775 shares issuable upon vesting of RSUs. On August 4, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted restricted stock units ("RSUs") for 2,980.000 shares of KLA common stock. On August 4, 2025, twenty-five percent (25%) of the RSUs vested.
