Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 5, 2026, Standard BioTools Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a definitive
agreement with respect to the sale of its Microfluidics business to ARCHIMED, a leading investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare industries. The transaction is expected to close in approximately 30 days, subject to customary closing
conditions. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
