July 10, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. ET, Ronald A. Duncan, President and Chief Executive Officer of GCI Liberty, Inc. (“GCI Liberty”),
a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Broadband Corporation (the “Company”), participated in a fireside chat hosted by TD Securities
(USA) LLC in connection with the planned spin-off of GCI Liberty from the Company. During the event, observations were made regarding
