On November 6, 2025, Dorian LPG Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) relating to its financial results for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On November 6, 2025, the Company also announced in the Press Release that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.65 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on or about December 2, 2025 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 17, 2025.
