Filing Explained

The planned transfer is scheduled for September 30, 2026, but its reported KRW 104,109,530,000 price may change after settlement.

LG Display’s amended filing says the automotive display LCD module business transfer is scheduled for September 30, 2026, with a stated price of KRW 104,109,530,000; that price is not necessarily final because settlement for other assets and liabilities is expected on the transfer date.

The filing identifies September 30 as an extended date agreed upon by both companies, and says any further change will be disclosed through another amendment.

The price is based on the purchaser’s bid and the appraised value of tangible assets as of December 31, 2024; the final amount therefore remains subject to the specified settlement process.
