Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

On October 5, 2026, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Luda Technology Group Limited (the “Company”) received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Yung Chi Man (“Mr. Yung”) from his position as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Yung resigned for his personal consideration, and he confirmed that there are no disagreements with the Company on matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Bedfordshire and Master of Arts from Southwest University.
