ITEM 8.01. Other Events.

On August 8, 2025 Hong Kong time (August 7, 2025 U.S. time), Sands China Ltd. (“SCL”), a majority-owned subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corp., announced that SCL’s Board of Directors (the “SCL Board”) has appointed Patrick Dumont as a member of the SCL Board, effective immediately.
