This prospectus covers the offer and resale by Innovative Cellular Therapeutics Holdings Limited, a Cayman Island exempted company incorporated with limited liability (“ICT Holdings”), as the selling stockholder, of up to 1,100,000 shares of our common stock, par value $0.0001 per share.
