On November 6, 2025, LSI Industries Inc. (“LSI” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing operating results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

On November 6, 2025, LSI is hosting a conference call for the benefit of its investors to discuss the results set forth in the press release described in Item 2.02 above.
