Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 19, 2025, La-Z-Boy Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a news release to report the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended July 26, 2025. A copy of the news release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
