On December 8, 2025, The Macerich Company (the “Company”) made available on the Investor Relations section of its website, investing.macerich.com, a business update presentation to be used for investor meetings at the Nareit REITWorld conference being held in Dallas, Texas from December 8th to December 10th. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
