On November 17, 2025 the Board of Directors of Middlefield Banc Corp. (the “Company”), Middlefield, Ohio, approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per common share. This is unchanged from the $0.21 cash dividend paid in the previous quarter.

The cash dividends are payable on December 12, 2025 to shareholders of record on November 28, 2025.
