(the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Company has received official approval to be a member of the Defense Industrial Base Consortium (the “DIBC”). As a member of the DIBC, the Company gains access to a network of traditional and non-traditional defense contractors, research institutions, and federal agencies. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
