(the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing that it has released a summary of the results from the full Preliminary Economic Assessment (the "PEA Summary") for the Company's Brook Mine on the Company's website at www.ramacoresources.com. Copies of the Press Release and the PEA Summary are attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
