On July 29, 2025, Ramaco Resources, Inc.
(the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing the Company received a second five (5) year
mine permit approval for the Company’s Brook Mine in Wyoming from the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental
Quality. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated
herein by reference.
