Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 19, 2026, James J. Lorenz, Vice President – Energy Operations of Madison Gas and Electric Company (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to retire effective December 31, 2026. Mr. Lorenz will continue to serve in his current role until his retirement date. Effective January 1, 2027, John T. Robson, currently Assistant Vice President – Energy Engineering and Production of the Company, will be appointed Vice President – Energy Operations, succeeding Mr. Lorenz in that role.
