(the “Company”) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia against Google LLC (“Google”) seeking financial damages and other remedies in light of the U.S. District Court’s ruling that Google had engaged in unlawful anticompetitive practices with respect to certain ad tech markets. A copy of the Company’s press release (the "Press Release") is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
