(b) Resignation of Director.
On July 15, 2025, Michael Volkema, the Chair of the Board of Directors of MillerKnoll, Inc. (the “Company”), advised the Company he was retiring from the Board when his term ends at the Company’s 2025 annual meeting of shareholders. His decision to retire was made due to personal and family commitments and was not due to any disagreements with the Company. The Company is grateful for Mr. Volkema’s dedicated service to the Company, including 9 years as its President and CEO and 25 years as its Board Chair.
