Guard and Alerter. The PhonEX ONE Guard and Alerter provide sophisticated tools for fraud
prevention, alerting on phone misuse, budget surpass, possible toll fraud or other abnormal behaviors within the organization; and

We evaluated the appropriateness of the discounted cash flow model; tested the completeness, accuracy and relevance of underlying data used in the model; and evaluated the reasonableness of significant assumptions used by management, including projected net cash flows from operations, estimated weighted average cost of capital and short-term and long-term growth rates for the reporting units.
