Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On September 23, 2026, MediciNova, Inc. (the “Company”) amended its Lease (the “Lease”), dated July 20, 2021, between the Company and the Irvine Company LLC pursuant to a First Amendment to the Lease, dated as of September 23, 2026 (the “Amendment”), by and between the Company and Newport Gateway Office LLC. Pursuant to the Amendment, among other things, the parties extended the end date of the Lease from January 31, 2027 to April 30, 2030, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease, and agreed to certain rent increases taking effect on February 1, 2027.
The foregoing description of the Amendment does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Amendment, a copy of which is expected to be filed as an exhibit to the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.
