Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 11, 2025, Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. issued a press release announcing the third quarter cash dividend of $1.56 per share to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2025. The dividend will be paid to stockholders on October 15, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
