Item 1.01 - Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On October 27, 2026, Jane Street Capital, LLC (the “Authorized
Participant”) entered into an Authorized Participant Agreement (“JS Authorized Participant Agreement”), which was acknowledged
and agreed to by Hashdex Nasdaq CME Crypto Index ETF (the “Trust”) and Hashdex Asset Management Ltd., as sponsor of the Trust
(the “Sponsor”). The JS Authorized Participant Agreement sets forth the procedures by which the Authorized Participant may
create and redeem Baskets of Common Shares. Jane Street Capital, LLC is one of the Trust’s Authorized Participants.
The foregoing description of the JS Authorized Participant Agreement
does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the JS Authorized Participant Agreement,
a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
