ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On October 14, 2025, Walker River Resources Corp, (“Walker River”) the owner of the Lapon Canyon Project, (The “Project”) in which Nevada Canyon Gold Corp. (the “Company”) has an Exploration Stream Earn-in Agreement and owns a royalty on, issued an informational news release (the “Release”) containing drill results from the 2025 reverse circulation (“RC”) drill program on the Project. The Company’s news release contains an edited, simplified version of the factual information of the Release, relevant to the Company’s involvement in the Project, as well as other industry information. The Company may choose to regularly post similar information, as the management deems fit, to its website and may use the Release in reports and presentations from time to time. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which is incorporated by reference solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
