Resignation of Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Heng Zhang has resigned as the Chief Strategy Officer of NIP
Group Inc. (the “Company”) for personal reasons, effective as of June 30, 2025. Mr. Zhang will assist the Company
in achieving a smooth transition of his job responsibilities. The resignation of Mr. Zhang is not due to any disagreement with the
Company regarding its business, finance, accounting and/or any other affairs.
