Rental revenues increased 35% year-over-year in 4Q25 and 39% for the full year 2025. Power transmission infrastructure accounted for 60% of 2025 rental and service revenues. Acquisition of Grassform enhances our scale and capabilities in U.K. In November 2025, we completed the acquisition, funding $42m at closing.
