Naploy Corp. reports results for the three and nine months ended April 30, 2026 as an early-stage health news and services platform.
Revenue reached $4,996 for the quarter and $13,129 year-to-date, up sharply from the prior-year periods, but the company still posted net losses of $476 for the quarter and $8,784 for nine months. Cash was $15,716 with current liabilities of $75,503, including a $60,083 related-party loan, resulting in a stockholders’ deficit of $19,912.
Management discloses substantial doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern and plans to raise additional capital via private or public offerings. The Naploy health app and website are operational, generating initial advertising and services revenue, but there are still no clinic-search clients and no material referral contracts with medical institutions. Management also concluded that disclosure controls and procedures were not effective as of April 30, 2026.
