Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Rhea-AI Filing Summary

NeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd. said its Nasdaq Hearings Panel hearing is scheduled for November 10, 2026, following its appeal of the October 1, 2026 Staff Delisting Determination. The appeal stays suspension and delisting action, and its ordinary shares and warrants are expected to continue trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market pending the Panel’s decision. NeuroSense has regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid-price requirement; the remaining deficiency is the $35 million minimum market value of listed securities requirement. At the hearing, the company intends to present a plan to meet that requirement or the alternative $2.5 million stockholders’ equity standard, and to request an exception of up to 180 days from October 1. The Panel may grant an exception, with no assurance it will do so or that compliance will be regained and maintained.

NeuroSense is targeting a New Drug Submission for PrimeC to Health Canada in December 2026 and expects a decision in Q1 2027 on non-dilutive grant funding for the Phase 3 PARAGON trial; if awarded, funding could support Phase 3 development. FDA clearance to initiate PARAGON has been received, and the company is working with FDA on an optimized study design. Published Phase 2b follow-up results reported slower functional decline among participants who received PrimeC from study start than among those who initially received placebo, with changes across multiple ALS-associated biomarkers, including microRNAs.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Filing Explained

Form 6-K furnishes interim material information; here, NeuroSense says specified paragraphs of its October 13 press release become part of the listed Form F-3 and Form S-8 registration statements from the report date, adding those disclosures to the registration filings.

Nasdaq hearing date November 10, 2026 Scheduled hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel
Minimum bid-price requirement $1.00 NeuroSense reported regaining compliance
Minimum market value of listed securities requirement $35 million Identified as the remaining Nasdaq deficiency
Alternative stockholders’ equity standard $2.5 million Alternative standard NeuroSense intends to present a plan to meet
Exception period Up to 180 days Period the Nasdaq Panel may grant from the October 1, 2026 Staff Delisting Determination
Targeted Health Canada New Drug Submission December 2026 PrimeC
Expected grant-funding decision Q1 2027 Potential non-dilutive funding for the Phase 3 PARAGON trial
Staff Delisting Determination regulatory
"appeal of the October 1, 2026 Staff Delisting Determination"
A staff delisting determination is a formal finding by exchange or regulatory staff that a listed security no longer meets the rules required to stay listed, similar to an official notice that a rental property no longer qualifies for occupancy. It matters to investors because it often precedes removal from the exchange, which can sharply reduce a stock’s visibility, trading liquidity and value, and may trigger urgent choices like selling, appealing the decision or seeking alternative markets.
minimum market value of listed securities requirement regulatory
"the $35 million minimum market value of listed securities requirement"
stockholders’ equity standard financial
"the alternative $2.5 million stockholders’ equity standard"
New Drug Submission regulatory
"New Drug Submission for PrimeC to Health Canada"
A new drug submission is a formal package of scientific data and paperwork sent to a health authority to request permission to sell a medicine. For investors it signals a key milestone: approval opens the door to sales and revenue, while rejection or delays can cut expected value — think of it like applying for a building permit that determines whether and when a new product can be put on the market.
non-dilutive grant funding financial
"decision on non-dilutive grant funding for the Phase 3 PARAGON trial"
Money awarded by governments, foundations, or similar organizations that a company can use for specific projects without having to give up ownership stakes or repay it. It matters to investors because it boosts a company’s cash and can extend its runway or fund development without diluting existing shareholders—think of it as a grant or scholarship that supports growth rather than a loan or sale of company shares.

NeuroSense Secures Nasdaq Hearing Date as PrimeC Approaches Key Regulatory and Funding Milestones

Shares continue to trade on Nasdaq pending the Panel’s decision; minimum bid price compliance already regained

Near-term catalysts include a New Drug Submission to Health Canada targeted for December 2026 and a decision on non-dilutive funding for the Phase 3 PARAGON trial expected in Q1 2027

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- NeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd. (NASDAQ: NRSN) (“NeuroSense” or the “Company”), a late-stage clinical biotechnology company focused on developing disease-modifying treatments for neurodegenerative diseases, today announced that its hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) is scheduled for November 10, 2026, following its timely appeal of the October 1, 2026 Staff Delisting Determination.

The appeal stays the suspension and delisting action, and NeuroSense’s ordinary shares and warrants are expected to continue trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market under “NRSN” and “NRSNW,” respectively, pending the Panel’s decision.

Management Commentary

“With bid-price compliance regained, we look forward to presenting the Panel with our plan to achieve full compliance, while advancing PrimeC toward several important near-term milestones,” said Alon Ben-Noon, Chief Executive Officer of NeuroSense.

“PrimeC’s Phase 2b results, published in JAMA Neurology, and FDA clearance to initiate PARAGON provide a strong foundation for the next stage of development. Over the coming months, we expect to file our New Drug Submission with Health Canada and receive a decision on non-dilutive grant funding that, if awarded, could support Phase 3 development while reducing our reliance on equity financing. We are also pursuing strategic business development opportunities.”

Plan to Regain Nasdaq Compliance

NeuroSense has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s $1.00 minimum bid price requirement. The only remaining deficiency identified in the October 1 Staff Determination is the $35 million minimum market value of listed securities requirement under Rule 5550(b)(2).

At the hearing, the Company intends to present its plan to meet that requirement or the alternative $2.5 million stockholders’ equity standard under Rule 5550(b)(1), including proposed measures to strengthen its balance sheet and stockholders’ equity, together with implementation timelines.

NeuroSense intends to request an exception period to execute its plan. The Panel may grant an exception of up to 180 days from the October 1 Staff Determination, but there is no assurance that an exception will be granted or that the Company will regain and maintain compliance.

Upcoming PrimeC Milestones

●Health Canada New Drug Submission for PrimeC in ALS: targeted for December 2026.

●Decision on non-dilutive grant funding for Phase 3 PARAGON: expected in Q1 2027, subject to completion of the ongoing grant review.

About NeuroSense

NeuroSense Therapeutics is a late-clinical stage biotechnology company developing novel treatments for severe neurodegenerative diseases, including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Alzheimer’s disease. The Company’s lead product candidate, PrimeC, is a novel oral therapy designed to target multiple key biological pathways underlying disease progression, including neuroinflammation, oxidative stress and dysregulated iron metabolism.

NeuroSense has recently completed analysis of long-term follow-up data from its Phase 2b PARADIGM study in ALS, with results published in JAMA Neurology showing slower functional decline in participants who received PrimeC from study start than in those who initially received placebo. The Company also reported changes across multiple biomarkers associated with ALS, including microRNAs, consistent with PrimeC’s multi-target mechanism of action.

NeuroSense has received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to initiate its pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial (PARAGON) in ALS, to be conducted primarily in the United States. The Company is working with FDA on an optimized design for the study.

About PrimeC

PrimeC, NeuroSense’s lead drug candidate, is a novel extended-release oral formulation composed of a unique fixed-dose combination of two FDA-approved drugs: ciprofloxacin and celecoxib. PrimeC is designed to target several key mechanisms that contribute to neuron degeneration, inflammation, iron accumulation and impaired ribonucleic acid (“RNA”) regulation, with the potential to inhibit disease progression.

About ALS

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (“ALS”) is an incurable neurodegenerative disease that causes progressive paralysis and, typically, death within 3 years of symptoms onset. Every year, more than 5,000 people are diagnosed with ALS in the U.S. alone, with an annual disease burden of $1 billion. The number of people living with ALS is expected to grow by 24% by 2040 in the U.S. and EU.
